The dominant thread is the organisation of heterogeneous evidence into queryable, source-linked resources. Omni-ARMD integrates clinical antimicrobial susceptibility records with gene-level resistance evidence in an open-access knowledgebase, using a log-odds enrichment framework to connect phenotypes with molecular determinants. OmniVira curates 8072 source-linked evidence records on viral spillover and cross-species transmission. SensiTyper extends genomic evidence toward clinical decision use, predicting gonococcal antimicrobial susceptibility from whole-genome sequencing to guide individualized treatment, tested on 13,701 genomes. What is new in these items is LLM assistance in curation, which appears explicitly only in OmniVira, rather than the integration of evidence itself.
