The dominant thread is multiscale physical modeling in which a driving process is coupled explicitly to the organization it shapes. The osmotic preprint couples chromatin elasticity, water transport, and epigenetic reaction-diffusion in a non-equilibrium mesoscale model to predict hydration-driven phase organization. The cohesion preprint integrates biochemical kinetics with polymer modeling to infer cohesin turnover, motion, and encounter rules from sister chromatid folding signatures. The DDX3X study pairs coarse-grained simulations with deep learning to identify ATP-independent, entropy-driven dsRNA unwinding via rare strand-displacing intermediates. The new element is inference direction: kinetic and encounter parameters are recovered from structural signatures using coupled models. The DDX3X study addresses a different system and shares only the coupled simulation framing rather than chromatin organization.
