The dominant thread is computational prediction of cell and tissue behavior when several determinants act at once, implemented as multiscale or stochastic simulation. A biophysical study shows that electric fields can override and reverse durotaxis in a cell-type-dependent manner, and releases a free prediction platform. Stochastic multiscale models of glioma invasion under treatment derive random reaction-diffusion-taxis equations and simulate therapy protocols. A cancer progression model couples phenotype-driven traits and resource competition to clonal dynamics, with an efficient simulator and open-source GUI. An HPC finite volume diffusion solver (BioFVM) targets molecular diffusion in agent-based tumor simulations. What is new is explicit treatment of electric and mechanical guidance within these frameworks, alongside efficient, released computational tools. The tumor and glioma work addresses population-scale dynamics rather than directional guidance.
