The dominant thread is curated, large-scale database infrastructure for interpreting human genomic variation and adaptive immune receptor sequences. Several items harmonize heterogeneous data: ClinMAVE integrates multiplexed variant-effect assay results for 2.1M+ variants across 821 genes with ACMG/AMP evidence grading; FAVOR 2.0 provides whole-genome variant annotation with expanded tissue and cell-type annotations, an API, and hg38/hg19 support; JoGo 1.0 offers a frequency-ranked ACTG nomenclature over 4.7 million haplotypes. On the immune side, IMGT, OGRDB, VDJbase and TCRdb 2.0 supply germline and TCR reference sequences for repertoire analysis. Newer elements include automated and LLM-assisted curation (SeekPCMdb, IMGT) and FAIR alignment. Protein-level content appears only through HapScoreDB's language-model fitness scores for haplotype-resolved isoforms.
